At least 1-2 days before your call — fill out pre-call form

You will receive a pre-call form to your email.

This is to gather the basics on your business and priorities so I know where we are starting from. That way we don't waste time on the call and can pack as much in as possible. It also gives me context to prepare any research I need for our call.

We have our scheduled pricing strategy call over Zoom (or another video chat software)

You will receive the link to the Zoom code by email.

The 1:1 pricing strategy call lasts 1 — 2 hours. This is flexible based on what we need to do to price your offer(s). Most sessions typically last 1 — 1.5 hours.

Note that although the booking calendar sets aside a full 2 hours on our calendars, that actual session length will be between 1 and 2 hours.

I recommend using the balance of the time to work on implementing the pricing strategy we discuss. So if our call is 1 hour and 15 min, I recommend using the remaining 45 min to take the call momentum and start implementing the pricing strategy.

1 week of messenger support is included

I am available for 1 week by messenger (facebook, slack, or whatsapp) for follow up questions in regards to the pricing strategy we discussed on the call.

OPTIONAL — about 5-10 days after the first call — The Debrief Call

This is an optional 20 min Debrief call.

Here we will discuss any any outstanding questions that may have come up in the implementation of the pricing strategy (e.g. questions that come up while you write sales pages or take sales calls).

We will also address any outstanding decisions.*

Most people will take this call 5-10 days after the first call. You have up to 2 weeks to take advantage of it. If this call does not occur within 2 weeks of the first call, then it is forfeited.

* Sometimes the first call yields a plan to do some testing or market research. The Debrief Call let's us have the new information available to wrap up the pricing process.

Rescheduling, Cancellations and Refunds

The following guidelines are to respect each other's time and commitment. I am a reasonable person and expect clients to communicate and give notice the way they'd expect of their own clients.

  • Requests to reschedule must occur in writing with at least 24 hours notice. If the request is made after this, that is after 24 hours before the call start time, the request to reschedule is at the discretion of Bethania.

  • If you wish to cancel your pricing strategy session, you must request the cancellation in writing. Refunds will be given (minus any payment processing fees) if requested in writing at least 24 hours before the first call. If requested from 24 hours up to 1 hour until the call start time, a 50% refund may be given. If the request is made from 1 hour before the call start time, no refunds will be given. No refunds will be given once the call has started. No refunds will be given if you miss the call without notice. Bethania may also choose to cancel at anytime up to the scheduled time of service. If Bethania cancels the session entirely, the full paid amount will be refunded to the client.

No particular price or outcome is guaranteed

Pricing strategy calls are a conversation between you (the business owner) and myself (the pricing strategist). I will share my experience, guidance, and insight, but ultimately the choice and responsibility on how to apply that guidance is completely yours.

No promises are made with regard to reaching a particular price. No promises are made with regards to earning any particular revenue or income as a result of the strategies we discuss.

You, the client, understand that you are solely responsible for the financial outcomes and decisions related to your business.

That said, I believe pricing can be fun and liberating. I am excited to help you look at your pricing!

Is this the same as a normal business strategy session? Is this the price of normal strategy session?

No the investment offered on this page is ONLY for FIRST TIME* clients who have never worked 1:1 with me.

To give you a sense of my rates, my à-la-carte hourly rate is currently $750. Intensives (3 half days + 1 month) start at $2,500. Core Coaching (5 months) is currently $5,000. I expect all my prices to rise in Q4.

If you are a repeat client or want help with other parts of your business strategy (for example, designing your business model to scale), please message me so I can share or customize the best package for you.

* these sessions are offered at a very friendly rate so that (1) I can help as many businesses as possible and (2) give new clients who might want to hire me me for ongoing business coaching an opportunity to try out working with me. Once we have worked together, I have more knowledge of your business so I can offer other packages that work well. Other business strategy work, such as designing a business model or doing full day intensive, may require more time or a different format to best serve you.
