At least 1-2 days before your call — fill out pre-call form
You will receive a pre-call form to your email.
This is to gather the basics on your business and priorities so I know where we are starting from. That way we don't waste time on the call and can pack as much in as possible. It also gives me context to prepare any research I need for our call.

We have our scheduled pricing strategy call over Zoom (or another video chat software)
You will receive the link to the Zoom code by email.
The 1:1 pricing strategy call lasts 1 — 2 hours. This is flexible based on what we need to do to price your offer(s). Most sessions typically last 1 — 1.5 hours.
Note that although the booking calendar sets aside a full 2 hours on our calendars, that actual session length will be between 1 and 2 hours.
I recommend using the balance of the time to work on implementing the pricing strategy we discuss. So if our call is 1 hour and 15 min, I recommend using the remaining 45 min to take the call momentum and start implementing the pricing strategy.

1 week of messenger support is included
I am available for 1 week by messenger (facebook, slack, or whatsapp) for follow up questions in regards to the pricing strategy we discussed on the call.

OPTIONAL — about 5-10 days after the first call — The Debrief Call
This is an optional 20 min Debrief call.
Here we will discuss any any outstanding questions that may have come up in the implementation of the pricing strategy (e.g. questions that come up while you write sales pages or take sales calls).
We will also address any outstanding decisions.*
Most people will take this call 5-10 days after the first call. You have up to 2 weeks to take advantage of it. If this call does not occur within 2 weeks of the first call, then it is forfeited.
* Sometimes the first call yields a plan to do some testing or market research. The Debrief Call let's us have the new information available to wrap up the pricing process.
